Surveillance is most effective when it is designed to answer a specific question. Before accepting an assignment, we establish which events matter, where and when they may occur, and what form of documentation may be useful.
What surveillance can establish
Surveillance may support divorce, family, employment and commercial cases. The objective can include confirming locations, meetings, routes, vehicles, working activity or other events relevant to a lawful purpose.
We separate information supplied by the client from facts personally observed by the investigation team. This distinction is preserved in the final chronology and report.

How fieldwork is organised
A surveillance assignment is often conducted by two investigators. This can improve continuity when the subject changes route, enters a building, uses public transport or moves through a busy city. The final team size depends on the risk, location and agreed budget.
The client receives updates according to the agreed method. If circumstances require additional time or a change of plan, we seek approval before extending the authorised scope.
Reporting and documentation
After the assignment has been completed and settled, we provide a report describing the work, dates, times, locations and material events. Available photographs and video recordings can be attached where they were obtained lawfully and safely.
We do not promise a predetermined outcome. Our responsibility is to conduct the agreed work diligently and report what was actually established.
Frequently asked questions
How long does surveillance take?
The minimum operational block is usually four hours. A single day may require four, ten or more hours depending on events and the limits agreed with the client.
Will the person know they are being observed?
Assignments are planned and conducted discreetly. No investigator can guarantee that a particularly cautious person will never notice surveillance, so methods and team size are adapted to the level of risk.
Will I receive photographs and video?
When circumstances allow lawful and safe recording, available photographs and video form part of the material delivered with the report.
