Corporate investigations and business intelligence in Poland

Verified information for overseas companies, management teams and lawyers making decisions about people, counterparties and commercial risk in Poland.

A sound commercial decision often requires information from several lawful sources. We combine register and open source research with proportionate fieldwork, then distinguish confirmed findings from matters that remain unverified.

Scope of a corporate investigation

The assignment should be designed around a business decision or defined concern. We agree which facts need to be checked and what information can realistically be obtained in Poland.

Work may support precontract due diligence, internal reviews, litigation preparation or assessment of suspected employee or partner misconduct.

  • counterparty verification
  • corporate and personal links
  • asset and address enquiries
  • possible conflicts of interest
  • employee loyalty
  • suspected noncompete breaches

Fieldwork and lawful sources

Depending on the objective, an investigation may combine public registers, open sources, verification of business activity, address enquiries and surveillance of relevant events.

We do not obtain bank account histories, private correspondence or protected records to which the client has no lawful access.

A report for decision makers

The report identifies sources, dates, links and the level of confirmation. Where surveillance has been conducted, available photographic or video documentation may be included.

The aim is not to produce a large collection of unrelated data, but to provide an organised factual basis for management, negotiation or legal advice.
