A surveillance day may last four hours, ten hours or longer depending on events. Team size, vehicles, travel, night work and specialist requirements also affect the total amount.

Control over the budget
We provide updates as agreed. If circumstances create a reason to continue beyond the authorised scope, the decision belongs to the client. Additional work is not started without approval.

Why is the minimum surveillance block four hours?
A shorter period often does not allow the team to establish a safe position, assess the surroundings and document a relevant event. The minimum block also limits inefficient mobilisation costs.
Can I set a maximum budget?
Yes. We agree a limit or number of hours before work begins. If circumstances make additional work potentially useful, we contact the client before exceeding the authorised scope.
Does the price include an English report?
The form and language of the report are agreed before the assignment. The report is delivered after the work has been completed and the account settled in accordance with the agreement.
